What You'll Do Assist customers with online orders and website navigation Answer questions regarding products, promotions, orders, shipping, and returns Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence Research inquiries and provide accurate solutions Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously Deliver exceptional customer experiences through phone and other communication channels Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find the best resolution for each customer What We're Looking For Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence Comfortable using multiple computer systems, browsers, and applications simultaneously Ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers High School Diploma or GED required Schedule Requirements Must live within one hour of High Point Must be available to work between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Required to work one weekend day each week (Saturday or Sunday) Holiday Availability Required Thanksgiving Day Black Friday Christmas Eve New Year's Day Pay & Benefits Pay: $16.50 per hour Benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Remote Work Opportunity Why Apply?
