# Predictable Four-Day Schedule and Strong Benefits
Enjoy a four-day schedule from Monday through Thursday with every weekend off. Compensation ranges from $50–60/hr depending on experience, supported by a 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, uniform allowance, employee discount, and continuing education compensation.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Job Description Patient Care: Deliver thorough, unhurried preventive dental care and patient education using modern hygiene standards.
Biofilm Therapy: Operate EMS AirFlow for Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) alongside modern digital imaging.
Clinical Workflow: Provide quality care in an independent, fee-for-service environment with dedicated time per appointment.
full-time $50 - $60 per hour
