Salary: $81,500 - 108,600 per year Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in EDI, B2B integration, trading partner onboarding, EDI operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting X12 transactions, including purchase orders (850), acknowledgments (855), advance ship notices (856), invoices (810), and remittance advice (820).
• Experience onboarding and certifying customers, suppliers, or trading partners through testing and production deployment.
• Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, or troubleshooting EDI connectivity, maps, translations, and data validation rules.
• Working knowledge of EDI communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, and
• Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Preferred experience with IBM Sterling Integrator, Axway, SAP PI/PO, SAP ECC, or SAP S/4HANA.
• Preferred knowledge of healthcare EDI standards, HIPAA transactions, HL7, cXML, and healthcare supply chain processes.
• Preferred experience in regulated environments and with compliance requirements such as DSCSA and CSOS.
• Preferred understanding of EDI monitoring, incident management, root-cause analysis, reducing mean time to resolution, and operational excellence practices.
• Preferred experience supporting customer implementations or strategic integration initiatives.
• Preferred experience leading continuous improvement and Voice-of-Customer initiatives.
• Project leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.

• Lead new customer, supplier, and trading partner onboarding from initial intake through certification and production launch.
• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot EDI mappings and translations for order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Manage daily EDI transactions, including purchase orders, acknowledgments, advance ship notices, invoices, remittance advice, inventory, and payment transactions.
• Work with business teams, sales, finance, compliance, and account management to gather needs and deliver integration solutions.
• Support healthcare and supply chain standards and requirements, including X12, HL7, cXML, DSCSA, and CSOS.
• Monitor EDI operations, connectivity, and transaction flows, and resolve issues promptly while meeting service-level expectations.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners using platforms such as IBM Sterling, Axway, and SAP PI/PO.
• Find ways to improve automation, data quality, onboarding efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.
