Responsibilities Represent Skillbridge Academy in a professional and positive manner. Engage with prospective customers and members of the public. Communicate information about the company, programs, services, and promotional initiatives. Support brand awareness and customer engagement activities. Participate in promotional events, campaigns, presentations, and community initiatives. Build positive relationships with potential customers. Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information. Assist the team in achieving promotional and engagement goals. Maintain a strong understanding of the Skillbridge Academy brand and its services. Provide feedback regarding customer interactions and campaign performance. Collaborate with team members to create a consistent and professional customer experience. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
