Job TitleProvides customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Contributes to the unit's success by providing customer service to customers.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Follows university and store operating policies and procedures 2. Provides quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized by request 3. Engages with customers and responds to customer needs by delivering legendary customer service 4. Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customers cues 5. Communicates information to manager 6. Assists with new employee training 7. Follows FIFO methods, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines 8.
